We’ve streamlined our logistics to ensure your premium pieces arrive safely and efficiently, whether you are in the heart of Europe or across the United States.
Our Shipping Rates
We believe in keeping things simple and rewarding our community. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.
For orders under $49, our flat-rate shipping fees are as follows:
United States: $8.99 per order.
Europe: $6.99 per order.
Estimated Delivery Times
We work with reliable international carriers to bring ARTIFANA directly to you. Please note that “Delivery Time” includes our internal processing time (usually 1–3 business days) plus the transit time:
Europe: Usually arrives within 8–12 business days.
United States: Usually arrives within 12–16 business days.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email featuring a tracking number, so you can follow your ARTIFANA journey every step of the way.
A Note on Peak Seasons & Unforeseen Delays
While we always aim for the speeds listed above, there are times when the global logistics network experiences a bit of a “traffic jam.” Please allow for potential extensions to delivery windows during the following periods:
Peak Shopping Events: During major sales like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the end-of-year holiday rush, courier volumes spike significantly.
Public Holidays: Our shipping partners observe local and international holidays, which may pause transit for 24–48 hours.
Extreme Weather: Safety is our priority. Severe storms, heavy snow, or other extreme weather conditions can occasionally cause localized delays that are beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our customers in the United States and the European Union, we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. Most orders are shipped such that you won’t encounter unexpected “doorstep” fees. However, please be aware that any local import duties or VAT specific to your country’s regulations remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
