At ARTIFANA, we want you to feel as confident and beautiful in our pieces as we felt designing them. We understand that sometimes a fit isn’t quite right or a color looks different in your unique home lighting. Don’t worry—we’ve designed our return process to be as smooth and stress-free as the drape of our satin dresses.

Our 30-Day Window

We offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the date your package arrives at your door. This gives you plenty of time to try on your new Wool Coat or High-Waisted Denim with your favorite shoes and accessories to make sure it’s a perfect match for your wardrobe.

Easy Returns & Happy Exchanges

If you find that you need a different size or perhaps a different style altogether, we are here to help!

  • Exchanges: We love a perfect fit. If you need a different size, we’ll ship the new item to you for free once we receive your original return.

  • Returns: If the item just isn’t “the one,” we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Condition of Items

To ensure we can find a new home for the pieces you return, we just ask for a few simple things:

  • Items should be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  • All original tags (especially those ARTIFANA labels!) should still be attached.

  • Items should be free of makeup, perfume, or pet hair.

Note: For hygienic reasons, certain intimate items or final sale pieces may not be eligible for return, but this will always be clearly marked on the product page!

How to Start Your Return

Starting a return is simple—no complicated forms or hoops to jump through:

  1. Send a quick hello to our friendly support team at artifanaoutlet@outlook.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and the item(s) you’d like to send back.

  3. Our team will send you the return instructions and the closest return warehouse address for your region (we have dedicated points for our US and European customers).

Refund Timing

Once your return arrives at our studio and passes a quick quality check, we’ll process your refund immediately. You’ll receive an automated email the moment it’s done. Please keep in mind that banks usually take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

As a growing boutique brand, we ask that customers cover the return shipping postage. However, if you are choosing an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the new item sent out to you as a thank you for staying part of the ARTIFANA family.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we hand-check every Wool Coat and Satin Dress before it leaves us, we are human! If you receive an item that is damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us at artifanaoutlet@outlook.com right away with a photo. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including all shipping costs) to make it right.
